§01Program name and description
The text-message program is called Torquelo Auto Notes (the "Program"). It is operated by Torquelo, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provided with educational insurance information, confirmations and service messages, and (only if you separately agree) promotional announcements about new guides and resources.
Torquelo is not an insurance company, agency, or broker. Choosing insurance is your own decision.
§02How to opt in
You can join by completing the form on our Get Started or SMS Notifications page and checking one or both of the separate, unchecked consent boxes: (1) informational texts, and (2) promotional texts. You can also text START to join. We then send a welcome text that says “Text START to join” the program. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to use the Services or to buy anything. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
